Learn about my passion for compassionate hearing care.
I opened my private audiology practice because I wanted to provide hearing loss solutions with a genuine focus on care and expertise. Our passionate team has a collective 24 years of experience in the hearing industry.
I am a registered audiologist, and the proud owner of Harris Hearing. I grew up in the Bridgenorth and Ennismore area and attended Adam Scott highschool here in Peterborough. After Graduating from Western University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree, I went on to receive my Masters of Audiology degree from the University of Queensland (Australia) in 2015. I have ten years of experience practicing in the hearing industry both in St. Catharines, as well as Peterborough.
I have always had an affinity for sound, whether it be recreationally as a musician for 13 years (Piano), or professionally as an audiologist. I am very passionate about sound quality and I enjoy keeping up with the latest technology and product features as they pertain to hearing.
I have had the misfortune of having medical concerns with my ears from a young age. Although those concerns have been resolved, I have a great respect and appreciation for the patient/client role. I believe my past experiences allow me to offer professional, yet personalized empathetic care.
On my spare time I love to spend time with my incredible wife and our two boys. We enjoy to travel... I have been fortunate enough to visit many different countries including Australia where I lived for two years. Outside of travelling, I love to play volleyball, swimming (competitive swimmer earlier in life), gaming, and cooking. I am also a bit of a "sports enthusiast". I enjoy watching almost any sport, especially hockey, baseball, or football and I am always happy to chat about "last night's game".
I am truly excited to have opened a private practice aimed at serving the great community where I grew up
